Maria was born of a marriage between an English lawyer and an American designer. Her parents were everything a girl could ask for until they decided to go through a divorce which ended with Maria's mother going back to the states with twelve year old Maria in tow. Living arrangements were made, with her mother for the entire year and summer with papa at Oxford or sometimes traveling to exotic places, simply real adventures that mum wouldn't have time for. At age eighteen, she enrolled into Washington University and three years after obtained her degree in Childhood and Family studies. A fresh graduate, she was happy just living her life to the fullest with a part time job at a daycare until her mum dropped the bomb of her marrying her longtime boyfriend. That was the last straw, Maria didn't even bother to wait until the wedding, she just packed her things and flew off to Australia. She quickly fit in, loving the country already since she had been there before with her papa during their yearly trip. Getting a job was the last thing in her mind, she was practically as rich as a trust fund baby but Maria needed to fill her time, that's how she ended selling flowers at the paddy's market every weekend and on weekdays volunteering at the Westmead Children's hospital where she first met her Asriel. Yes, she is quite possessive especially when it comes to her English boyfriend Asriel. He owns an Arts Cafe at the street she lives in and is a volunteer at the hospital just like Maria, he brings in cupcakes from his cafe for the children and has story time where Maria usually ends being the damsel in distress.

Asriel Devonshire; 32
the guy who stole maria's heart - whether it was his contagious giggles or in her words extremely gorgeous face, Maria fell hard for her Asriel. Yes, she is quite possesive of him and he doesn't mind, in fact indulges her to it so don't be surprise to see them being all ridiculously lovey dovey that it makes you want to barf. Onwards, Asriel's an English guy who owns an Arts Cafe at the street where they both live in. Cafe is basically connected to an art gallery which also conducts art classes that he teaches himself on saturdays as well as an art supply shop. Asriel's a fighter as far as Maria knows for almost a year of being with him, she knows of his rough childhood because of his Kidney problems but other than that he's a positive guy with a heart of gold and buckets of sunshine in him. He's a sweetheart which isn't a surprise but seriously his stare melts Maria, she questions how she's still standing these days.

Quite possibly the awesomest father in the entire world but you know maybe its a bit bias but every girl thinks that way of their father. Matthew is a famous English Lawyer to everyone but papa to his only child. Despite only seeing each other during the summer, Maria shares a close bond with her papa, enjoying their yearly trips and surprise birthday presents which always held so much meaning to her. His only flaw would probably be the fact that he's bisexual but Maria doesn't mind plus she quite likes the men papa shags.

The American designer who fell for an awesome English guy, Lorraine is stubborn and doting yet always has little time for her daughter. Their relationship has always been on the weird side, Maria doesn't approve most of Lorraine's choice in everything and dislikes her more when she announced her decision to marry her long time politician boyfriend. Yet these two love each other in ways that only they know.

Maria volunteers at the westmead children's hospital during the weekdays, spending her time around little children and almost the whole day restraining herself from melting into puddles because of their cute voices and mostly adorable little faces that at the same time breaks her heart when she remembers how ill some of them are. She's been through thick and thin with some of them but all have their own dear place in her heart.
 
weekends: flower gleam and glow make the power shine... okay no she doesn't turn into rapunzel every weekends.
now if you miss her so much and in desperate need of awesome flower arrangements, you can find her at the paddy's weekend market at her stall. She's not always there though, she obviously has a life and a boyfriend to spent time with so make sure to check her twitter and instagram for updates!
 
- HEAVEN ON EARTH -
 
you know before getting the real valhalla, Maria thought why not get one of her own on earth. Her top floor apartment in Crown Street is exactly how you can get to know her, every inch screams of Maria and the love she has for her career. Its mostly in white with healthy splash of colours in it, she didn't want her home to look like as if the colour god just vomit in it. It has an attic of some sort which she turned into her bedroom, the ceiling is entirely one sided glass for her to marvel over the night skies.

I have this feels. this sinful feels caused by a fanfic. i ship stoki so bad right now, god please have mercy for the sake of my sanity don't let me ship hiddles and chris e in the end! (i don't ship hiddlesworth because it feels incest heh) though i suspect that feel of shipping them is already in my f.ucking heart. god, what have you two perfect men done to my innocent heart!? why must loki and steve be perfect for each other in their fics!? and why do they have adorable babies!? (grr, i read mpreg, yes i do...) that picture, that f.ucking picture with that little boy is the source of a perfect fanfic. supposedly that is loki and steve's son... #dead
 
WHY IS THERE MORE HAWKEYE/COULSON FICS THAN STOKI!? I demand more. I need more or I'll kill someone, literally that is. I love how loki is papa (or quite a lot of times mama. duh) and steve is daddy to their children. oh the feels i have when i imagine those two people being called that by two tiny cuties with black curls (sometimes they are blond. esp the boys) and green eyes (its always green. well so far...) i am exploding with this feels..
 
you know what my favourite genre is!? the hurt/comfort mixed with humour ones (especially when it comes from Tony) oh god, the way steve treats loki with gentle care (quite a lot of whump loki fics i assure you, your ovaries are not safe anymore. mine isn't..) and how loki always seems to trusts him first (or sometimes bruce. aha, yeah i ship broki. grins) and there's this fic where steve makes hot chocolates for loki, draws him when he is sleeping, buys him cookies (that ends with loki kissing him. apparently in that fic he thinks it is an innocent thing to kiss steve in front of the avengers... yes yes) how loki calls him darling, loki calls him captain rogers too, captain is their err.. you know heat name... i am tainted! sobs.
 
the hell am i blabbing like crazy here? i'm insane. god, i ship them so bad i dream of them and their perfect babies. i have little Asta and Mathias in my head all day long, playing in the park with their perfect parents... grr, i'm going to go and surf some more now and make myself more crazy...

Breakfast was supposed to be the calmest affair of the day. That was until Daniel came and practically hijacked our kitchen, pissing the chefs and my mother to the point of her deciding to fly early for her trip to Bali. Calter practically worship him now for succeeding to make our mother piss.
 
"GET OUT!" and that came with a loud crash.
 
Ash let out a chuckle, "that's going to cause me few thousands to coax the pissed off chef," he said, taking a bite of his scones before his face twisted. "though maybe I should find a new one that can cook properly."
 
"Don't let Daniel hear that or you'll get his infamous 'your brother should consider hiring me' speech," I said and pushed my plate away, the oatmeal looking very unappetizing.
 
Ash's eyes were practically shining. "He's looking for a job? Should I hire him?"
 
I rolled my eyes, laughing nonetheless at the idea of Daniel working here. Mother would never step back in, though that does sound appealing. "He still has a job in Italy, don't think he'll leave it for our kitchen."
 
"Got that right."
 
Ah, speak of the devil. Who is now covered in what looks like a batter and blueberry jam, holding a spatula and pan in each hands. Maybe he was having a war ala Tangled in the kitchen.
 
"Your chef is horrible, clearly I intimidate him with my amazing nutella waffles and homemade blueberry jam," Daniel said with a roll of his eyes as he sat next to me. "I told him YOLO and he threw me out of the kitchen."
 
"YOLO?" Ash questioned, raising an eyebrow as he in an un-Ash fashion brushed his finger on the said nutella batter on Daniel's face before licking it. "It's amazing."
 
"You Only Live Once," Daniel said before a smug look appear. "Thank you, my waffles are pretty awesome just like me."
 
I snorted, passing him a napkin. "So what happened to this amazing waffles?"
 
"On their way here, if your kitchen staff didn't eat all of them that is," he said with a grin, wiping his face and arms from the dried batter. "Oh and I hit your chef with this," he said taking the pan up. "I swear I see stars in his eyes."
 
Ash and I cracked up.
